The main peculiarity of this coast, is the wide sand shapes imposing dunes reproducing authentic desert landscape, intercalated here and there by the typical maditerranean vegetation, brightened in spring by vivid chromatics tones. Great aesthetic importance takes on the contraste between the beaches made of sand, now withe and very thin now golden and granulous, and the turquoise green, the deep blue sea, the imposing granitic formations and the luxuriant mediterranean bush. in the Arburese Coast they are the natural resources which have got European recognition: PISCINAS DUNES, one the widest duny sistem in Europe, and the Sardinian deer (cervus elaphus corsicanus)References
