K22HG is a religious television station in St. Charles, Missouri, broadcasting on channel 22 as an affiliate of TBN and owned by Trinity Broadcasting Network.

In February 2006, the station was granted a construction permit to begin converting operations to digital television. Upon completion, the station will become a digital repeater of TBN, broadcasting all five TBN services at 15 kW. The station has also been approved for relocation to channel 17.
