He even goes as far as to say that the phrase "you and me" "sounds louder than the world".
The song was performed twelfth on the night (following
Belgium 'sAnn Christy withGelukkig Zijn and precedingTurkey 'sSemiha Yanki withSeninle Bir Dakika ). At the close of voting, it had received 40 points, placing 11th in a field of 19.It was succeeded as Israeli representative at the 1976 Contest by
Shokolad Menta Mastik withEmor Shalom .
