Robert Bayly (born 22 February 1988) in Dublin is a professional footballer who is currently without a club after being released by Leeds United.

Bayly is a Republic Of Ireland Under-18 international. He made his debut for the first team as a substitute in Leeds League Cup match against Southend United on 24 October 2006. On 26 October 2006, Bayly signed a professional two year contract with Leeds.Leeds United (26/10/2006).
