14 July 1936 for Sidney Peel,Member of Parliament for Uxbridge from 1918 to 1922. He was the second son ofArthur Wellesley Peel, 1st Viscount Peel , fifth son of Prime MinisterSir Robert Peel, 2nd Baronet (see theEarl Peel ).
