Eno River Rugby

Eno River Rugby

Founded in 1991, Eno River Rugby, also called the "Rage", is a rugby union club based in Durham, North Carolina, which has 3 sub-divisions: Eno River Men, Eno River Women, and Eno River under-19. Players for the club come from around Durham, and its surrounding areas, and play throughout the teams of the North Carolina Rugby Union, as well as tournaments and playoffs in bordering states.

Divisions

Men - The men's team consists of players over, but not limited to, 21 years of age. The ages of the players range from 21 to 50, with skilled players, and newcomers. The men's Division sees a steady growth each year, and travel through North Carolina and other states for matches, round robins, and tournaments.

Women - Women's team, unlike the men's team, combine the adult women, and youth women, to form one team. Since it's a wider combination, the numbers have a more inviting outcome. The women take part in the same activities as men, and have showed a great strength as they have won many of their games.

Youth - Known under the youth or "under-19" division, it's the newest division under the Rage, and has faced some of the best in the NCRU such as The East Chapel Hill High School Highlanders, as well as schools in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.
