Castel Sant'Elia is a "comune" (municipality) in the Province of Viterbo in the Italian region Latium, located about 40 km north of Rome and about 30 km southeast of Viterbo. Notable people

Castel Sant'Elia was the birthplace of notable Roman Catholic Mariologist Gabriel Roschini whose major work, a four volume Mariology, "Il Capolavoro di Dio", is judged to be the most comprehensive Mariological presentation in the 20th century.
