LaJourdain J. Birden Sr. (born June 16, 1965 in Portland, Oregon) is a former professional American football player who was selected by the Cleveland Browns in the 8th round of the 1988 NFL Draft.

After football

Following his football career, Birden became an executive for Team X88, a distributor of dark chocolate products. He is married with three children and lives in Lake Oswego.
