Lugnano in Teverina is a "comune" (municipality) in the Province of Terni in the Italian region Umbria, located about 60 km south of Perugia and about 25 km west of Terni.

In the nearby is the unique site known as the "Children Necropolis", dating to the mid-5th century AD. The site include burial sites of new-born and abortion fetuses. The causes of the unusual sepultures are unknown.
