Sphere Studios

Sphere Studios, launched in 2000, is a large modern recording studio in Battersea in London, United Kingdom. The facility, designed by acoustic consultancy Munro Associates, has three control rooms dedicated to tracklaying, stereo audio mixing and 5.1 surround sound mixing, all with full sound-to-picture facilities. There are also six production rooms, a bar, a restaurant, and several private lounges within the complex.

History

The facility was converted from a Photographic Studio in South West London in 2000 by Francesco Cameli

Managing director Francesco Cameli originally studied bass at Berklee College of Music in Boston in the United States. As an audio engineer and Pro Tools operator, has worked alongside record producers and engineers such as Glyn Johns, Chris Kimsey, Nick Davis, Don Gilmore, Simon Rhodes, Steve Mac and Tony Taverner.
