Shoe insert

A shoe insert can be classified as a height increasing insole. The insole can be placed inside the user's footwear which raises the height of the heel appearing to make one look taller.

They are also widely used in the medical field for leg length discrepancy correction. Used in this way, the user is able to adjust the size of insole to his requirements.

Height insoles are an increasingly common accessory used by people around the world today for vanity purposes as well as medical reasons.

Other reasons for wearing them include reducing foot pain and the effects of arthritis.
