Margaret Ann Courtney (born 1834) was an author resident in Penzance, Cornwall, UK in the late 19th century. M. A. Courtney is best known for her book Cornish feasts and folklore (ISBN 0-87471-020-0), first published in 1890. This is a detailed description of many of the traditions and folklore present in west Cornwall prior to this date which has been influential in the understanding of Cornish culture and traditions.
