Godiasco is a "comune" (municipality) in the Province of Pavia in the Italian region Lombardy, located about 60 km south of Milan and about 30 km south of Pavia. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 2,968 and an area of 20.6 km².All demographics and other statistics: Italian statistical institute Istat.]

The municipality of Godiasco contains the "frazione" (subdivision) Salice Terme.

Godiasco borders the following municipalities: Casalnoceto, Cecima, Montesegale, Ponte Nizza, Pozzol Groppo, Rivanazzano, Rocca Susella, Volpedo.
