Gordona is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Sondrio in the Italian region Lombardy, located about 90 km north of Milan and about 40 km northwest of Sondrio, on the border with Switzerland. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 1,770 and an area of 49.0 km².^[1]

Gordona borders the following municipalities: Cama (Switzerland), Livo, Lostallo (Switzerland), Menarola, Mese, Prata Camportaccio, Samolaco, Verdabbio (Switzerland).
