The station is owned by Central Ohio Association of Christian Broadcasters, who also ownWOCB-CA channel 39 in Marion and WXCB-CA channel 42 inDelaware, Ohio .The station went on the air under the call sign W08BV in the mid-1980s, and originally did not feature any religious programming. It changed its calls to WINJ-LP (We're INto Jesus) in 1998 and to its current calls in 2006.
This station is not available on any local cable companies and, with a broadcast power of 83 watts, barely covers the city of Columbus itself.
