The Burntwood Regional Health Authority is the service provide for healthcare in a large geographical area of northern Manitoba, Canada. The Burntwood RHA is a member of the Regional Health Authorities of Manitoba. Communities in region

The Burntwood RHA provides services to the communities of Lynn Lake, Thompson, Norway House, Leaf Rapids, Gillam, Ilford, Wabowden, Thicket Portage, Pikwitonei, Granville Lake.

A challenge the Burntwood RHA encounters is many communities do not have year-round all weather road access. Many communities rely on rail, boat, or air service to travel. This access has significant considerations on the health of residnets, financial resources, and human resources.
