Lolotoe

Lolotoe

Lolotoe is a city in Bobonaro District, East Timor. It is known for its ecletic wildlife and rugged terrain. It is a popular vacation spot for many American tourists. However, Lolotoe has experienced a decline in tourism which is believed to be because of a seriers of foreign investigations into child prostitution.

During the summer of 2004 it was reported that 'Tumber' the Burmese Tiger of the Lolotoe Zoo and Bontanical gardens seriously injured 13 young school children. One child was reported to have lost their hand. The Burmese Tiger was later found to have abnormal feline aggressive tendencies.
