Panther Creek Consolidated Independent School District is a public school district based in the community of Valera, Texas (USA).
Located in Coleman County, a small portion of the district extends into Runnels County. The district covers over 500 square miles.

The Panther Creek football team has won state in 1992, 1993, and 2000 and was state runner-up in 1997.
