Recent
The home was recently renovated in
2005 by Neal and Kitty Conover. The building next to the home is commonly mistaken for a garage. In fact, the building used to be a pre-school for a nearby church before the Higgin's bought the building. The old pre-school is currently being remodeled into a guest home.References
