Largo High School or LHS is located near Upper Marlboro in the unncorporated Largo section of Prince George's County, Maryland. It is operated by the Prince George's County Public Schools system.

The school's athletic teams are known as the Lions. The principal is Mrs. Angelique D. Simpson Marcus. The school serves more than 1,600 students in grades 9 through 12.

The school's name originates from the Largo unincorporated community, which, along with Kettering, is served by the school.

The Biotechnical Magnet Program is a special program held at Largo High School that beckons students from as far as outside Largo school boundaries. This program give students an advantaged opportunity to pursue the fields of Biotechnology, as well as participate in Honors to AP classes. Students also take part in interactive science classes. Another Biotech Magnet Program is held at Fairmont Heights High School, in Fairmont Heights, Maryland.
