LECG Corporation (nasdaq|XPRT) is a holding company of firms that testifies on behalf of corporations, produces studies for industry and government, and provides advice to many companies in the U.S. and internationally. In March of 1988, faculty from the University of California at Berkeley formed LECG.

LECG employees conduct economic and financial analyses on disputes and issues. Client assignments included working with Goldman Sachs on the privatization of Telmex and the Irish regulator about the structure of the telecom market.
