The mall has a total area of convert|67422|sqft|m2. Its major tenants are Loeb (18,030 square feet), Giant Tiger (17,717 square feet), Scotiabank (3,200 square feet) and Dollarama (9,000 square feet). The mall is the only enclosed mall in the South Porcupine or Porcupine areas, and one of three in Timmins, with The 101 Mall in downtown Timmins and Timmins Square in the Mountjoy neighbourhood, west and further west respectively along Highway 101.
