TWA Flight 841

Two separate airliners operating as TWA Flight 841 have had safety incidents. One was due to a terrorist attack, and suffered total loss of the airplane and all people on board. The other was an accident, and suffered substantial structural damage but only minor injuries for the passengers. The route was Tel Aviv-Athens-Rome-New York City-Los Angeles.
