Boca is a "comune" (municipality) in the Province of Novara in the Italian region Piedmont, located about 90 km northeast of Turin and about 30 km northwest of Novara. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 1,195 and an area of 9.6 km².All demographics and other statistics: Italian statistical institute Istat.]

The municipality of Boca contains the "frazioni" (subdivisions, mainly villages and hamlets) Marello, Fuino, Ronchetto, Baraggia, and Pianorosa.

Boca borders the following municipalities: Cavallirio, Cureggio, Grignasco, Maggiora, Prato Sesia, and Valduggia.
