WWHS-FM (92.1 FM) is a non-commercial educational radio station, owned by Hampden-Sydney College and run by its students. Operating from the historic Carriage House, the station broadcasts at 10 watts, reaching the Hampden-Sydney campus and central Prince Edward County 24 hours a day. DJs are free to play any type of music. A variety of specialty shows, including political discussion, Caribbean music, local rock, and in-studio house mix is broadcasted on a weekly basis.fact|date=June 2008
