The three discs are divided into three "archives." The first two discs, labeled "Conform" and "Deform," consist of B-sides, 12-inch mixes, and other rare tracks. The third disc, "Liveform," is a live concert from June 1990.

The compilation comes with a 32-page booklet featuring essays by and about the band, interviews from the members of the band, several blurbs of praise from other bands and musicians, various images of the band, and a complete Virgin discography. Like "The Original Sound of Sheffield '78/'82" and "The Original Sound of Sheffield '83/'87", the sleeve is designed by The Designers Republic, and carries interviews from Ian Anderson.
