Amrit Model Senior Secondary School Named after Wife of Pt.HetRamSharm(Founder OF G.D.Sen Sec Model School) Mrs.AmritSharma.It is a large sized secondary school located in Abohar, Punjab. The school was established between 1970 and 1980 by Mr. K.C. Kalra. From its small beginnings as an ordinary teacher in G.D.School the school has significantly expanded its building area and the key facilities over the years. The school has an alumni base of over 5000.
