The Nihongo|TOA Corporation|TOA株式会社|TOA Kabushiki-gaisha (tyo|6809) is a Japanese electronics company. They started operating in 1934 in Kobe, Japan, and were incorporated in 1949. TOA is the company which developed the megaphone or bullhorn known as a loudhailer in 1954 for the first time in the world. TOA built the basics of this business in a microphone device for electioneering and afterwards. TOA assumes "valued a sound not machinery, consenting" as it's company philosophy and, presently, deals with audio broadcasting equipment for the whole spectrum of usuage, from the microphone at the entrance to the sound to the speaker at the exit of the sound, and in the all the things collecting making even that it is necessary, every community space. Above all, it is said that the marketshare of the broadcasting equipment for all current Japanese Airport Facilities exceeds 90%.

TOA Corporation is dedicated to the development, manufacturing and distribution of premier audio and security products. TOA Corporation was founded in Kobe, Japan over 70 years ago. All of TOA’s products bear its name. TOA operates in over 100 countries worldwide, with more than 1500 employees and sales greater than $300 million dollars. TOA manufacturing facilities are found in nearly every major market area. These facilities have a reputation for precision design and fabrication, resulting in a proven track record of TOA product reliability.

TOA’s extensive line of audio products includes amplifiers, speakers, mixers, wireless microphone systems, digital processors and network audio. Security products include CCTV cameras, DVR's and integrated intercom systems used in security and communications applications.
