Kivie Kaplan (1904–1975) was a Jewish-American businessman and philanthropist from Boston, Massachusetts.

He served as president of the NAACP from 1966 to 1975. He, along with his wife Emily, fought in support of civil rights for all. He was one of the last in a long line of American Jews who held a leadership role in African American civil rights groups. He fought to keep African Americans away from illegal drugs.
