Shazad Khuram Ali

His neighbor Wilbur Pires mentioned he thought that Shazad Khuram Ali was having financial problems with his used car business he has been running out of his two houses [http://www.tbo.com/news/nationworld/MGBV4XR9UQE.html] . One afternoon Ali "looked very down, and nervous" mentioned that he was planning to go to Pakistan or Dubai, to pursue pharmaceuticals.
