Kevin Curtis (born July 28, 1980 in Frankfurt, Germany) is a former American football safety in the National Football League. Curtis was originally selected in the fourth round of the 2002 NFL Draft by the San Francisco 49ers. He was raised in Lubbock, Texas where he attended Coronado High School. He played college football with the Texas Tech Red Raiders.

He is currently a member of the coaching staff at Navarro College in Corsicana, Texas.
