The group consists of Damonte "Lil Uno" Johnson , Brandon "Lil B" McCartney, Lloyd "Young L" Omadhebo, Keith "Stunnaman" Jenkins,. The Pack was discovered by the veteran rapper
Too Short in 2005. Too Short then signed them to his record label,Up All Nite Records . Originally they went by the Wolfpack, but had to change it due to its use by many companies. Member Stunna was formerly known as Young Stunna, but changed it to simply Stunna or Stunnaman or even Keith. Member Uno was formerly known as Lil Uno, but is now known as Uno.The Pack's hit song "Vans" was number 23 on the top 30 hip hop chartsfact|date=October 2008, played on 65 hip hop stations nationwide and on 35 pop stations nationwidefact|date=October 2008. It was also named #5 on Rolling Stone's "Best songs of 2006" listfact|date=October 2008. The song featured a chorus of "Got my Vans on, but they look like sneakers; (You) wearing coke whites but my Vans look cleaner." Their video "Vans" has been aired on BET but MTV refused to show the video for content reasons, because they are not allowed to promote consumer products. However,
MTV aired an edited version of the video, in which the word "Vans" was censored throughout the song. They chose to play the unedited version on MTV Jams and their other channels. cite web|title=The Pack's "Vans" Banned From MTV.|url=http://musicfilter.spaces.live.com/Blog/cns!1E13828BC4057369!9028.entry|publisher=Music Filter|date=2007|accessdate=2008-08-24]The Pack is also afiliated with such artists as Underground (www.myspace.com/ugofficial) , a local Ottawa rapper.
