Michael Feldstein

Michael Feldstein (born August 9, ) is Principal Product Manager, Academic Enterprise Solutions at Oracle, past Assistant Director at the SUNY Learning Network, and commentator on Online learning. He has been designing and developing E-learning and Knowledge management solutions for corporations and universities for more than a decade. He was an active member of the Open Source community around MIT's .LRN Course Management System (CMS) during its early phases of development, and has also overseen the design and development of a custom Learning Content Management System (LCMS) for a Fortune 100 company. In 2000-2001 Michael acted as the interim Chief Learning Officer for the Otter Group, where he explored collaborative learning in depth. More recently, he served as CEO for MindWires, a training and knowledge management consulting company. Michael serves as a member of [http://www.elearnmag.org/ e-Learn Magazine] 's Editorial Advisory Board.

Blackboard Patent Issue

Feldstein became the central repository for information on the Blackboard Inc. patent issue in Late July and August of 2006.
