infoSTEP is a provider of Business intelligence (BI), Corporate Governance and Risk Management solutions to various marquee clients in the Bay area, California, USA. It was founded in 1998 by Sagar Anisingaraju and Sanjeev Kumar and is headquartered in Santa Clara, California. Some of its clients include Cisco Systems, E-Trade, Sun Microsystems and Business Objects.

Its focus areas include Product Engineering Services, Survey Program Management Services, Managed Care services and onsite staff augmentation.

In Nov 2005, infoSTEP opened a Centre of excellence (COE) for BI and BPM in Hyderabad, India.

In December 2006, infoSTEP got bought out by Hyderabad-based MIC Electronics, a player in Light Emitting Diode (LED) display systems.

Apart from being a Business Intelligence service provider, it also has a suite of products - "Elustro", which helps clients with corporate feedback management and "Elusto-Haramony", which is used for corporate governance.

The company has seen steady growth in the past two years and is expanding its BI services.

In 2006, it helped implement an end-to-end BI solution at the Alameda Alliance for Health, an HMO in Alameda County, California.
