The Apple Pan is a
restaurant located at 10801 W.Pico Boulevard in West Los Angeles. It opened in1947 and is locally famous for itshamburgers andapple pies served with vanilla ice cream. It consists of a single, U-shaped counter surrounding the central food prep area. Closed on Mondays, The Apple Pan is open late (until 1 a.m. on weekends) and is a popular destination for after-hours burger aficionados.As the burger joint is located a short drive away from
20th Century Fox studios, it is not uncommon to find celebrities dining there.Popular meals include the Hickory Burger and the Steak Burger. The Hickory features a special Hickory sauce, while the Steak burger comes with a trademark applesauce.One can order fries, generic sodas, and all sorts of pies-apple, pecan, banana cream, and chocolate cream.
