Val-David is a village of approximately 5,000 inhabitants located in the
Laurentian mountains about 75 kilometres north ofMontreal ,Quebec ,Canada . Val-David's slogan is "Un monde à part et à partager". In English, this translates roughly as "A world apart for us all to share".The village is famous for its artistic character.
