Kedilaya is a surname of some members of the Shivalli Madhwa brahmin community in Karnataka, India.Some people also spell it as Kedlaya of Kedillaya.Its a very small community of brahmins found in Udupi and Mangalore districtsof Karnataka and also the bordering areas of Kerala
