Albert Andrew Watrous (
February 1 ,1899 –December 3 1983 ) was an Americanprofessional golfer who played on thePGA Tour and theSenior PGA Tour in the early to mid-part of the Twentieth century.Watrous played on the 1927 and 1929
Ryder Cup teams. He was the club pro atOakland Hills Country Club inBloomfield Hills, Michigan for 37 years. He became aGeneral Motors executive after his days as a player and club pro were over.In 1979, he was inducted into the National Polish-American Sports Hall of Fame and Museum.
In 1982, he was inducted with the charter class at the Michigan Golf Hall of Fame.
