Some releases contained the bonus track "You Need Love Like I Do" (Barrett Strong, Norman Jesse Whitfield), a duet between Small and Tom Jones previously featured on his album Reload. The song was originally recorded in 1970 by Gladys Knight & The Pips.

"Proud" was featured in both the first and final episode of Showtime's popular gay drama Queer as Folk. It is considered by many to be a gay anthem, delivering a message of hope and inspiration, especially the lyrics "What have you done today to make you feel proud?". London´s bid to the 2012 Summer Olympics adopted the song like theme.
