Bounty Killer asks long time friend Sizzla to join Alliance
Near the end of 2006 when Mavado entered the Alliance, Bounty Killer wanted the Alliance to take over the Dancehall business so he looked at who had the number 1 spot for Dancehall from 2003 and up,
Sizzla Kalonji , a long time friend of Killer but he couldn't because he is in a current record signing toJay-Z and Dame Dashes Rocafella Def Jam recordsFact|date=April 2008.Vybz Kartel's exit
In the end of 2006, Vybz Kartel left the Alliance following weeks of rumoured tension between himself and mentor Bounty Killer. Tensions arose following Kartel's continued association with Bounty Killer's longtime enemy, Beenie Man, including Kartel attending Beenie Man's wedding to Bounty Killer's ex-girlfriend, D'Angel. Vybz Kartel cited his departure as being due to his desire to be a more independent artist. It was reported that Vybz and Bounty Killer performed together ahead of the annual Sting show. Due to Kartel's defection from the alliance and his 'parring' with the enemy 'the doctor'
Beenie Man , a series of songs and counteraction songs ensued - the main proponents being Kartel and Mavado. These include:* Mavado - "Songwriter" (Power Cut Riddim) Vybz Kartel Diss

February 28 ,2007 , a press conference was held, with both parties being present, announcing the end of the conflict between Kartel and Mavado. Many wonder though, if this will be another Bounty/Beenie type truce, to be scrapped and the 'war' to be on again in the not too distant future. On
June 20 ,2007 ,Vybz Kartel was attacked by young men from the Cassava Piece area of Jamaica. Kartel was driving through the area when some young men recognized him and taunted him by calling him a "bleached faced, batty boi"Italic text" (Kartel has been the subject of many rumors that claim that he uses bleaching cream on his face and hands to get a lighter complexion.Kartel proceeded to turn around and exit his vehicle to confront the taunters. He was then attacked with stones and fists. His vehicle was also hit by stones. Kartel's assault was stopped when the young man driving with him retrieved a machete from the car and chased after the attackers.
Though it is claimed that this attack was ordered by Mavado, there is no evidence to back this up. Movado at the time was in New York to promote his recently released album "Gangsta for life - The symphony of David Brooks".
Aidonia Kicked Out Of The Alliance
Aidonia received a call from Solid Agency that he was no longer a member of the alliance. This is likely because Aidonia did a song entitled Addi a mi daddy in which he referred to former alliance member
Vybz Kartel as his Daddy, who afterwards Aidonia continued to produce hits creating waves on the radio though rumors spread that Bounty Killer paid radio disc jockeys not to play his songs. He is currently in police lock up following a shooting he was allegedly involved in. Aidonia fans continue to support him nonetheless.Members
