Michael W. Chambers

Michael W. Chambers (b. 1976 in Barrie, Ontario, Canada) is a Canadian pop-rock music producer, recording engineer and musician. He is one of the founding members of the Toronto-based pop-rock group The Golden Dogs, as well as the band's former guitarist and back-up vocalist.

Chambers recorded and produced The Golden Dogs' original EP indie release, as well as their first full-length album Everything in 3 Parts released on True North Records/Universal. Chambers has also recorded and/or produced a number of Toronto-based indie pop-rock acts, including Ani's Whisper, Leon Kingstone (formerly of Montreal ska band The Planet Smashers), Showroom, and inUniform. He currently owns and operates a recording studio in downtown Toronto.

Michael W. Chambers is first cousin twice removed to noted Canadian archaeologist Boyd Wettlaufer, C.M.

Chambers, a vegetarian, is also the organizer of North America's largest vegetarian cultural festival, Toronto's Annual Vegetarian Food Fair [http://www.veg.ca/foodfair] .
