"Supernothing" is a song written by current
Streetlight Manifesto frontman,Tomas Kalnoky .Different Versions
The song was first written when Kalnoky was in his teens, for his original band,
Gimp . The song has appeared on the Gimp EP,Smiles for Macavity , the Catch 22 demo EP Rules of the Game, the debut Catch 22 album (which Kalnoky was also a former member of)Keasbey Nights , and the Streetlight Manifesto remake of Keasby Nights. In its original form, it is played as a slow, song, utilizing soft acoustic strumming with aviolin solo performed by Kalnoky's brother, Achilles (who also played violin inBandits of the Acoustic Revolution ). In its second form, on Keasbey Nights, it is much faster, with a fullska band, including trombone, trumpet, and saxophone. A similar form is also used on theStreetlight Manifesto version of the song.These are the lengths of the song relative to their version.
