Carlos Borja (born January 18, 1988 in Orange, United States) is an American soccer player who last played midfielder for Chivas USA of Major League Soccer.
Borja came up through the youth system of Cruz Azul, earning an invite after impressing at a tournament. He also spent time with the Irvine Strikers of the Coast Soccer League and at the Bradenton Academy.
In late July 2006 he was signed to a developmental contract by Chivas USA. Carlos has recently been on a sting with Chivas Guadalajara Second Division team Tapatio. He made his debut in the 77th minute of a game against Queretaro on March 2, 2008.
