"Free" (2001) features more contemporary music by artists such as DC Talk and Jars of Clay all arranged and sung by the "Chi Rho Wake Forest Christian Male A Cappella Ensemble". This CD a very elaborate mixture of great vocal percussion and tight harmonies. It features the song "Dive" which won Best Male Collegiate Song of the Year, Championships of Collegiate A cappella (ICCA). Matthew Johnson was also nominated by the ICCA in the Best Male Vocal category for his performance of "In Your Eyes".
