SEC Championships

SEC Championships

The Southeastern Conference sponsors 17 sports (8 men's, 9 women's) and determines the champions in various ways. Some sports award regular season championships and tournament (post-season) championships. Other sports hold championship meets to determine the champions, while football just holds a single championship game.

Men's Sports

Football

The SEC recognizes division champions in the regular season, however, the conference champion is determined by the winner of the SEC Championship Game.

Basketball

The SEC recognizes both regular season championships and tournament championships in men's basketball.

Baseball

The SEC recognizes both regular season championships and tournament championships in baseball.
