James Rick Langford (born March 20, 1952 in Farmville, Virginia), is a former professional baseball player who pitched in the Major Leagues from 1976-1986. He is currently the pitching coach for the Syracuse Chiefs, the AAA affiliate of the Toronto Blue Jays.
