The Leinster U-21 Hurling Championship or for sponsorship reasons the Erin Leinster Under-21 Hurling Championship is an U-21 hurling tournament. The first tournament took place in 1964 when Wexford were crowned champions. Wexford defeated Laois by a scoreline of 4-07 to 2-02 in the 1964 final. Kilkenny are the current champions and have won the tournament most times with a total of 22 wins.

The winning trophy is called the Robbins Cup and is named after Seán Robbins (Offaly) - Chairman of the Leinster Council (1936-1938).

The 2007 final was contested by Dublin and Offaly and Dublin won by 2-18 to 3-09. [http://www.hill16.ie/viewstoryhill16.asp?id=8642&mainheading=Word+on+The+Hill&viewstory=yes]
