Kevin Patrick Foley (born November 1, 1984 in Luton) is an Irish footballer, currently playing for Wolverhampton Wanderers in the English Championship.

Career

Foley progressed through the youth ranks at hometown club fc|Luton Town, finally making the first team squad in 2002/03. He made his league debut on April 19, 2003 in a 2-2 draw with fc|Bristol City. The following season he established himself as first choice and was named Luton's Young Player Of The Season, an honour he also received in the next season too.

He won promotion to the Championship in 2005, and played 2 seasons at this level before the club dropped back down to League One. Foley would not stay in the third tier for long though, as he joined Wolves in a three-year deal on August 14, 2007 for an undisclosed fee. Foley made his Under-21 debut for Ireland in May 2004 against Scotland. Since May 2006, Foley has been a recent choice for Giovanni Trapattoni's Republic Of Ireland squad.
