Swinging Bridge

Swinging Bridge is a popular destination in Yosemite Valley for swimming while having a great frontal view of Yosemite Falls. The land in the area resembles that of a beach. The official policy does not allow vistors to jump off the bridge. However, you will very often find daring participants partaking in this practice. The area on both sides of the bridge has mostly shallow water with a few areas of convert|6|ft|m to convert|12|ft|m in depth.
