Steve Jackson (rugby league)

Steve Jackson (born 22 October, 1965) is an Australian former rugby league player. He played in the New South Wales Rugby League premiership for the Canberra Raiders (1987-89), Western Suburbs Magpies (1990-91) and Gold Coast Seagulls (1992-93).

Jackson is best remembered for scoring the match-winning try in the 1989 Grand Final, won by the Canberra Raiders 19-14 over Balmain Tigers. Ironically, this was Jackson's last ever appearance for the Raiders.

Jackson has also appeared in 9 State of Origin matches for Queensland, scoring one try.
